EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
Tony is a Senior Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Consultant with over 10 years of experience. Tony commenced his career with the Queensland Police Force, where he occupied a number of senior roles over an extensive 20-year career. During this time Tony developed a sound understanding of best practice HSE management system processes, the application of Australian and State legislation and the risk management strategies required to effectively manage operational risk and uphold public safety.
Tony's HSE management experience is extensive, and has included work across Australia on several major capital construction projects and operational sites (CapEx exceeding AUD ~$20B). He has occupied positions in client and contractor HSE management roles on both onshore and offshore scopes for top tier organisations that have included Inpex, Origin Energy, TechnipFMC and Longmont Engineering.
Tony holds a Master of Occupational Health and Safety Management degree and is nearing completion of a Master of Emergency Management degree. Tony is a specialist in the development, implementation and auditing of ISO certified Safety Management Systems, leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) incident investigations, HSE contractor management, public safety, security management and tender development and evaluation, relating specifically to HSE in contracts.
Tony is located in Brisbane and provides clients with support on a local, state and national basis.

EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
Hugh is a Senior Consultant with over 15 years experience working as a Senior Firefighter. Through his experience with Fire and Rescue New South Wales (NSW) Hugh has acquired technical expertise in the application of best-practice emergency preparedness and response processes. His field experience is completed by a Certificate III in Public Safety, with a specialisation in firefighting and emergency operations.
Hugh is proficient in completing site/facility emergency preparedness assessments, developing site-specific Emergency Response Plans (ERPs), reviewing existing ERPs, conducting emergency response assessments against existing plans and procedures and providing emergency exercise/drill planning support. He also has experience relating to bushfire property maintenance, boundary control and completing fire trail access and egress assessments (inclusive of undergrowth, fencing and signage assessments).
In 2011 Hugh was awarded a Diploma of Law from the University of Wollongong and has been admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW. He has previously held the position of Senior Industrial Relations Officer for the Fire Brigade Employees' Union (FBU), where for approximately 10 years he was responsible for mediation on a wide range of complex matters relating to both Industrial Relations and Occupational Health and Safety legislation.

EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
Peter is a highly motivated engineering and quality professional with over 20 years of domestic and international project management and operational experience.
Peter’s technical expertise includes the analysis of project specifications, the conversion of specifications into project deliverables and the development of quality documentation from concept design through to commissioning and client handover. Peter is also proficient in the interpretation of Australian State and Territory Regulations and Australian Standards specific to electrical safety and compliance.
Peter has extensive experience auditing electrical installations and internationally assembled modular equipment for installation and use within Australia. He also specialises in the development of processes designed to ensure the safe installation, commissioning and
operation of electrical and instrumentation equipment. This includes the capability to develop and assess project plans and methodologies, Permit to Work (PTW) systems, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and quality verification documentation.
As a qualified and experienced Lead Auditor for ISO integrated HSEQ management systems Peter is also able to offer development, implementation and assurance support to clients with individual or integrated HSEQ management systems.
